  • When renting an electric bicycle or bike carrier, it is necessary to deposit a cash guarantee of € 100.00 for each piece of the rented electric bicycle (or in agreement with the rental company).
  • When signing an electric bicycle rental agreement, applicants are required to submit two identity documents, one of which must be an identity card and an additional one can be e.g. driving licence.
  • Applicants must agree to the processing of personal data and to the general conditions of electric bicycle rental.

  • Candidates who are entitled to use the discounts provided by dreams are obliged to prove in a relevant way (ID card, each family member must personally take over the e-bike) about the correct use of the discount.
  • If you want to transport an electric bicycle in a car, it is necessary to have an e-bike carrier, which you can also borrow from us.
General conditions of electric bicycle rental

Reservation

You can make a reservation as quickly as possible via the reservation system, by phone or via our contact form.

Confirmation

After sending the reservation request, we will contact you back by e-mail, in which we will send you an electric bicycle rental agreement for a preview.

Renting

In this step we warmly expect you in the e-bike rental. This is the only way to download your e-bike at the agreed time.

Bike tour

And you can go on your bike tour to get to know and discover our region simply go whenever you wish.

Return

The rented e-bike, after your beautiful cycling tour, must be returned to our point of departure at the agreed time.
