Late returns will be charged the daily rental rate until return, unless agreed in advance.<\/p>\n\t\t\tCompetent to use equipment\n\t\t<p>The Client guarantees that all persons who will use the Equipment are competent to use the Equipment, will use the Equipment in the manner for which it was designed, will comply with all instructions from EBIKERS.SK regarding the use and safety of the Equipment and will comply with all laws and obligations. in connection with the use and inspection of the equipment.<\/p>\n\t\t\tClient will not change or modify the Equipment\n\t\t<p>The client will not change or modify the equipment without the rental&#8217;s consent. If the client changes or modifies the equipment without the consent of eBikeRS, such changes or modifications will be considered as damage and paragraph<\/p><ul><li>6) .Damage or loss<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\tLiable for any damages\n\t\t<p>The Client is solely responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period. The Client will immediately inform eBikeRS if the equipment is damaged or lost, and will follow all reasonable instructions of Cool Tour s.r.o. related to such damaged or lost equipment.<\/p>\n\t\t\tIn case of damage\n\t\t<p>In the event of damage to the equipment (other than adequate wear and tear and damage to the souls), however caused, the client will be liable and pay Cool Tour s.r.o. the full cost of all repairs, including the cost of replacing any damaged parts and any work to restore the equipment. as at the beginning of the lease term. To avoid doubts, Cool Tour s.r.o. has the exclusive right to reasonably determine:<\/p><ul><li>(a) whether the equipment was damaged during the rental period;<\/li><li>(b) whether such damage is beyond reasonable wear and tear;<\/li><li>(c) the extent of such damage; a<\/li><li>(d) the full cost of the repairs required.<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\tIn case of loss\n\t\t<p>In case of loss of equipment, however caused, the client will be responsible for and pay to Cool Tour s.r.o. the full cost of replacing such equipment.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\tPayments\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<ul>\n<li>For rentals only, full payment is required upon <strong>booking<\/strong>. <strong>Payment<\/strong> is made via a secure online booking system.<\/li>\n<li>For all other bookings, the client undertakes to pay a<strong> 50% deposit<\/strong> to Cool Tour s.r.o. in the case of a reservation and the balance <strong>at least 30 days before<\/strong> the date of the start of the holiday \/ rental: (a) upon receipt of a request for payment through the online reservation system; or (b) by transfer to the following bank account: IBAN:&nbsp; <b>SK84 0200 0000 0038 4769 6756<\/b> \u00b7 BIC: SUBASKBX<\/li>\n<li>The Client also agrees to pay all if applicable: (a) the extra charges and VAT and any other government taxes or duties; and (b) bank charges for transfers of money<\/li>\n<li>If the Client does not pay the total <strong>price at least 10 days before<\/strong> the starting date, Cool Tour s.r.o. reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the client&#8217;s booking at its sole discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Payment of all or part of the total price (including credit card payment) is acceptance of these <strong>GTC.<\/strong><br>\n<strong>Bookings change<\/strong>s \/ cancellations<\/li>\n<li><strong>If the service becomes unavailable<\/strong> during the lease period due to circumstances that Cool Tour s.r.o. cannot affect (such as theft, fire, earthquake or damage from a previous lease), Cool Tour s.r.o. will make every effort to offer the client a suitable alternative.
